Two days into my WW week and so far, so good. Our meeting on Tues was about exercises and excuses on why not to do it. I am still unmotivated when it comes to exercising. It's like I have a mental block. Have been doing housework and painting which is definitely exercise. I am going to make a conscious effort to try and start walking again. The weather is finally getting nice so that excuse is no longer a valid one! I have been so depressed and I know that exercise would make me feel alot better.
