Birdee that's a lot of weight off. I've read that inflammation sometimes subsides with weight loss. Something about the fat cells themselves causes the problem. Of course you'll be moving more and faster too which helps reduce stiffness. Good going Birdeegirl.

@Trillium1 Yes I figured as a patient I should do my part too. Losing weight helps. I do try to move more daily and I hope that by the time I reach my goal, I will be doing a lot better. Thank you both for the encouragement!!

No question weight contributes to joint pain and lack of energy.. and sugar and carbs are also very inflammatory.. so every indicator on your page shows you’re doing the right stuff - keep going!

Thanks Rob I think I have surprised a few people (myself included) with my dedication to losing the weight and getting healthier. I am fortunate that my husband supports me 100% and will eat the meals I put out without complaining. lol
