will weigh in first thing when i rise...if i am down i will record...if i am up..ill let it stay as is. I am on my way to a family wedding in Mayan Riviera for one week. So i am on maintenance again....last time i did well...still lost weight...however now my weight loss has slowed down..so i am extra leary of being off program. My plan is to drink lots of water....make extra exercise and stick to regime as best as i can. I plan on weighing in at the fitness cetre at my resort the first morning...so that i can calibrate where i am at and not gain ...that is IF they have a scale..when i was in Hawaii...scale was wacky...so i didnt bother.

Not sure how internet will be there but will post if its ok...as i enjoy reading whats going on with everyone and staying on track myself...but ifits not good i will just post on sat am when i am back! take care everyone!!
