Well have been riding my bike for the last week, bought a speedometer that tracks distance, time, cals burned, fat cals burned, and speed.....went to the doctor last week and have plantar faciitis (worst pain I have ever felt) but she did tell me to ride my bike instead so I took her advise...Wednesday I rode 6.6 miles and felt good, yesterday decided that I was going to try 10 miles and well ended up riding 10.25 miles and today was bound and determined that I was going to do it again today and did!! I figure with riding everyday and TRX (strength training) twice a week I can hit my goal in no time........

Sorry about the plantar. I've had it off and on for years. If I hear ONE MORE PERSON say STRETCH YOUR FOOT I feel I could kill. Mine did get better with the weight loss, but I'll still never be able to wear those cute strappy sandals of my youth. Even with my.... dare I say it and not sound old... orthotics, I still have to watch how much I'm on my feet or it comes back. Throw in a heel spur to boot! Hope you heal quickly! Great job on the bike mileage! I don't think I could do that at all! Keep it up!
