pounds for the month 12.6/10

I am not counting this as a weigh in. hence, not weighing in. but according to my wii, I'm down to 226.855 lbs. which from 32.6 is pretty awesome. if I keep going the way I'm going, I should be right on track this week, losing not only the two I should have lost last week, the two I need to lose this week and also the 3.6 I also gained bringing me to a 7.6 loss needed. *fingers crossed* I found myself craving sugar yesterday and chocolate today. my body actually said, "it's a good night to go to the store for a chocolate bar." I worked out on my wii instead. (yoga is fun!)

My tummy still wants that chocolate bar and since I (accidentally) missed breakfast this morning I know that it's because I didn't eat it that my body is telling me I haven't eaten three meals. it's when I miss a meal that my body and my brain don't quite connect, you know?

My new vice on TV is "losing it with Jillian" I give it a season when it changes to "Losing it because of Jillian" I like doing the free run while watching her because when my legs start to hurt and my body goes into sleep mode she starts yelling "DO IT!" and it gets me to moving.

I have an hour before I am going to work out for another period of time (10 minutes yoga, 10 minutes free boxing, 20 minute free run, 20 minute free step with breaks in between.)

*thinks* if I want that chocolate bar, I'd better go now. otherwise I'm going to have sugar on toast like I did yesterday night and I very much regret that decision.

remember
a weekend doesn't have to be a weak end.

try a pat of peanut butter with a glas of nonfat milk instead of the fattening stuff! I use it every evening practically when my snickers bar craving hits. It is no where near the same, but works most times! Keep up the good work!
