早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+好市多希臘式優格181克+小蘋果1/2顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:會議便當(紫米飯/滷棒棒腿/蒲燒鰻魚/地瓜/炒白花椰菜、山茼蒿)
下午茶:棗子1顆/統一生機亞麻仁燕麥蛋捲3根
晚餐:麥當勞(雙層牛肉吉事堡、中薯條、無糖綠茶)
55.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
