Yeah I haven't eaten bread for over 6 months.. although finally bought a small loaf of Tesco high protein bread today I'm only going to have a slice now and then.. but these are only 19 calories 0.02 fat 4.4 carbs 0 sugar tiny bit of fibre and protein n 0.1 mg Salt each! Lovely with a filling! 😍😘😘

Okay no probs 👍.. just thought it was too good not to post... everyone should eat them.. adults and kids alike.. so much better than the gak kids fill themselves up with.. when I'm priminister (excuse spelling lol) I'm gonna pass a law! 😉😉😁😃
