SO ANGRY. i've had a calf problem for about a year, which sometimes gets worse as i overtrain. right now it's reallyyyy bad, and i can barely walk so i have to take the day off today from dancing too. which SUCKS because there were calories i could've been burning!!! and i can't even make up for it with a jog, because the calf is really bad. grrr. maybe i'll go for a walk with my mom...
