Made my first fathead pizza today. I used almond flour, eggs, goat cheese, pepperoni, and shredded Italian cheese. I added spinach, red pepper flakes, and seasoning to the dough. I found it to be a little dry, maybe I will add some olive oil next time? I ended up dipping in some leftover ranch from the game yesterday and that helped. I had the numbers 3 - 3 for football, yay! I was so glad the Rams missed that last second field goal, lol.
