Back to the gym today. No excuses. Worked 12 hour overnight shift, off at 8AM, home to try to sleep (managed 40 minutes), and then shopping, and gym.
Slow start: 30 minutes of stationary bike (HR: 105-123), followed by 15-20 minutes of weight exercises: 3 sets each of: 20 body squats, 10 side arm lifts (5lbs), 10 dumbbell rows (5lbs), 15 second plank, 10 up punches (5lbs), and 10 cross body punches (5lbs).
Sad compared to what I used to be able to do, but it’s been at least two years since I was lifting regularly, and well before my Rheumatoid Disease diagnosis.
