where to stop? Everyone has been really supportive throughout this. But keep getting asked the same question. What is my ideal weight? I honestly don't know. After the birth of my first son I wore an 18 in pants. At graduation I wore an 16. At 15 I wore between a 12 and 14. So what's my ideal size? I really don't know. I feel I'd look really weird to skinny. I have curves. I got a big bubble butt, and boobs to go with it lol. always did. Even as a kid my uncle called me b.b. bubble butt. We refer to it as the Grider curse lol. The big B's. most of the women in my moms side have it, hell even a few Grider men, including my baby son have the bubble butt. So at 5ft 2 inches, with curves and the Big B's what is an attractive size? 150? 130? Hell I'm open to suggestions folks.

I try to focus my weight loss goals on a return to health. I would suggest established guidelines for a normal weight. Since you are blessed with the two B's, you can stop at the higher end of normal. I would look at things like blood presure, blood work, activity tolerance etc. to determine what weight is best for you. I hope this helps. Btw you are doing Great!

I guess you can pick what sounds right. I do not answer the question if asked. I just say we will see. Which is how I feel about it. I got down to size 4 some years ago but that was hard to maintain and I am not willing to exercise constantly to stay there. I am kind of thinking that my losses will level out at some point and that will be my place.

This is a great question. I ask myself this also! Should I lose more weight ? I’ve never been in a size this small before at the weight I am. The charts say I should be around 165 for my ht (5’10). I guess we just have to look at what is good and feels good for ourselves. At least that’s what I’m gonna do !!

Don’t look for a perfect number u won’t ever find it. Look for feeling happy, heathy, and beautiful 👌🏼

"Medically" my ideal weight is supposed to be 136-142lbs. Personally (not an excuse) I would feel too skinny. Mind you, that weight on other gals looks perfectly fine to me. But not me. My first goal is 180. At that point, I know for sure I will feel amazing. I already notice great feelings. Not out-of-breath, i can climb multiple flights of stairs with ease, I walk fast, no more knee pain, I feel more limber, etc. So at 180 I will re-evaluate. Knowing my personality, I will most likely want to be/feel slimmer. I do a lot of toning so I'm trying to sculpt in order to minimize saggy loose skin. I agree w/ Rosio19! Don't look for a perfect number. It's all about your health and happiness.

Well said Rosio19! I know I will never lose down to what the charts say I should weigh. I was 5'1 1/2" but over the years I shrank to under 5'. As long as I can keep the glucose down, keep losing some along the way, can keep reasonably healthy, and keep my brain and body active, I'm not going to obsess. But I do love Keto! I've learned my weight will fluctuate some, but in general the direction is down, despite my 76 years. I'm just not setting 105 lbs as my goal. That is success.

‘Bout 6ft guy. Been over 200 last few years. Normal BMI says I need to drop to 175. Going there.... eventually! 😇

In my mind 150 is good. I just telling people that I'm not sure we'll start at 150 and reevaluate when I get there. I love the comments though, all really great. Thx.
