So woke up this morning and I was a few lbs up. I indulged in Lomo Saltado (Peruvian food) yesterday and it would have been okay but I wasn't really acvtive yesterday. I'm making myself a lil more productive and decided that I'm going to challenge myself to lose 10 lbs monthly because i need a goal to move myself forward. The good thing is that it's warming up here in Augusta, GA so I'll be able to take my lil boat out of the garage and kayak my heart out soon! Which also makes me want to work on my core if I want to play with my boat because I need those strong muscles to move.So now I have set a goal and I feel a lil better about moving forward in this. Even though I gain a few, interestingly enough I bought some new jeans and went down 2 sizes! So maybe this is water weight, I don't care...I'm just going to keep on keeping on. Anyway, here's a pic of yesterdays dinner. Have a good day all!
