Well blew it the first week as I was under too much stress. Another excuse, I know, but I did it to myself. Back on the wagon again today. Still managed to lose a 1/2 pound, though.
133.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 65.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
