So I did manage to eat more yesterday. I learned the hard way that I need to save most of my calories for dinner or else I'll be starving around 11 after a hard workout and out of calories!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
