Progress in 2 weeks! I lose 1kg in two weeks, 0,5 kg of fat and 0,5 kg of muscle but that’s okay. Sekarang mau coba pelan-pelan naikin kalori harian untuk nambahin protein lagi. My visceral fat rating also decreased so I’m very happy!
