I am up to running 2.5 miles! And I could heve kept going! I have not been coming on here as much bc I am still not losing weight, so I am just trying to be healthy. My clithes fit better, but measurements stay the same. I dont get it. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well! I added a protein shake to my diet today, so I hope that helps!
