I think I am finally getting back to how I would trick my cravings when I started FatSecret about 6 years ago. I love sweets. I love chocolate. Well, as quickly as 200 calories of chocolate can go, I can stuff myself with oranges, apples and other fruits curbing the sweet tooth, making myself full and talking a lot more time to eat it. Heck, at least fruit is healthy.

So that handful of blueberries on waffles (even with honey) goes a long way. Dehydrated fruits in oatmeal make a big difference. And learning to cut an apple into 20 pieces makes each one more tasty. You know, I need to make a video of how the easiest and best way to cut an apple. You can even put it back together with a rubber band and take it to work.
