@rabbit_violin ini cuma contoh ya, karna tiap hr makan beda2 cm setiap jumlah proteinnya itu tinggi dibanding carb sm fat, pasti jd nya kyk haus terus gt, menu: rempela&ati 50 gr, wrp/l-men on the go, toge, putih telur, tempe tahu, kubis merah, wortel,dll

Hmm..gampang aus biasanya sih krn menu nya msh banyak garam & msg ya. Mungkin dr menu2 kyk ati ampela & tahu tempe?
Mungkin bisa dipisah dlu harinya buat konsumsi 1 per 1, misal hari ini protein hewani, besok protein nabati, lusa dr susu ato L men nya. Jd biar seleksi protein mana ato menu apa yg bkin cepet haus.

karena tubuh ketika mencerna makanan tinggi protein memang bekerja lebih keras. butuh suplai air minum agar lancar bekerjanya. nahhh mungkin ini nih yg nyebabkan haus dan seret rasanya
