誒😳昨天大補碳耶!
沒胖喔!那我有補對食物喔!😊
今天也補一下 含糖含麵春捲半個
炒米粉半碗/鮮奶超大瓶600ml😆
晚餐吃蚵仔煎/藥燉排骨/臭豆腐
藥燉排骨好像味素太多
害我兩邊腰側超級痛
多喝水再一杯黑咖啡就好多了
66.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
