Pounds to lose: 31.8/29.4
pounds for the month 11.8/10

I am shocked that I did not lose more. next week will go much better, I hope. I really hoped to have lost at minimum three pounds this week. *unhappy sigh*

I don't know how I can do so well on the wii and then the TOPS scale says something crummy!

I know everyone says that a loss is a loss and it's better than gaining, which is true, but it's so annoying to have a tiny loss when I've been so good all week! *pouts*

I'm going to do the same thing again, but if I keep getting tiny losses like this, I'm going to have to change my stratagy.

wish me luck, my goal just got a whole lot harder to reach.

sometimes I feel the scale takes a couple of weeks to register the loss! :( also you could be gaining muscle. there's always like 5lbs of water weigh that hangs around and decides to stay putt for weigh in days. I will see nice low numbers on the scale and it's weigh in day and it's back up! Keep it up and maybe try something new this week. Maybe try watching your carbs at night. (and if you figure out if that works, let me know)
