11/03/12 My diet calendar is just all over the place this last week or so. I've been working (not working out) and writing exams (which so far passed) and grabbing things on the run. Thats not a good thing for anyone. I had to fast for 12 hours last night for blood work but screwed that up because I had a cup of coffee. They were able to do part of the blood work but not the other. Who knew that one cup of coffee would cancel you out for a certain type of blood work? I didn't. No Food for that time but one coffee and you're done for! Oh My. Busy week for me but getting some walking in and I still make sure to drink a 'minimum' of 900 ml of water daily. If I want more I have more. I have no idea if I lost a single pound come weigh in day but I can't worry about it. The end result is the end result. Hanging in and very tired as I pulled a double shift yesterday/today. OK outta here for now and see ya on the other side of this week.

Hey, just checking in. Make sure to make time for you. All work and no play . . . ya know? To bad about the blood work. Are you going to do it over? Don't sweat the pounds. Just do what you have to. I'm trying to get back on track myself so I can sympathize. Have a great weekend. Hugs!!!

Thanks woman.. did fine this week. I got part of the blood work done but will re-fast for 12 hours this week for the other 2 items they need. I haven't had much of a chance to check in. Your so positive and Thanks as always for the words of encouragement! Hugs back!
