Wow, I completely fell off the wagon last night. I had a doughnut for breakfast and sushi for dinner. That in itself wasn't so bad but then my hubby put a piece of chocolate Godiva cheesecake down infront of me...

and it was all lost after that.

Hopefully today will be better.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
