w coba makan yg enak". tp ngurangin cemilan mecin, minuman manis.
inget.. diet sementara itu ga sehat... yg benar adalah gaya hidup sehat.. so hidup cuma sekali, bikin enjoy aja... intinya berkeringat setiap hari.
