So day 2 of back on the wagon.. it has gone well.. My husband has his work party on July 15th.. so I am hoping to lose 10 or 15 lbs by then. I am certain I can lose 10 cause I know at least 3 of those lbs from my most recent weigh in were water so those are gonna drop off like over night.. now that the TOM is gone.. We have fathers day and a B-day to celebrate this weekend.. I am not really sure how it will go.. I have asked where it is going to be (hoping for someones home) so I can plan better what to bring and figure out what we are eating. I am not feeling "high" or "low" I just am.. so that is good I think. Just plodding along. I hope everyone is well.

Parties are the hardest cuz you don't know whats gonna be there. The last b-day party I went to was for my niece and I ended up eating over 600 cal. But I did pass-up the cake and ice cream. You'll do fine. Glad to see you are back in the swing of things.
