Pancake oatmeal (kalo bisa gk usah pakek tepung ya) cukup telor oatmeal kasih gula dikit aja atau klo mau ada rasa kasih susu dr indomilk yg banyak rasa udah dijamin enak kenyang tinggi protein juga :))
