.2 smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was able to get 4 slow walks in on the treadmill this week. Slowing getting back to it!!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
