5 more days until the real seriousness starts!!!! I am looking forward to getting on P90X again - but not quite mentally ready! So glad to see that others have joined the challenge - buddies are needed because motivation is key!!!! Doing somewhat better on my eating this week - trying to decrease intake gradually this week so that I will be ready to keep my calories at 1200 starting on Monday. Did do a little on the Bowflex last night - feeling a little sore today - but a good sore! ;O)
