Cuma ganti sarapan biasanya nasi ganti oat meal, smoothie buah, telor, roti . Makan siang sayur 50%, protein 25%, karbo 25%. Makan malem sama kaya siang tapi gapake karbo sama olahraga lumayan lah udah 5kg 3mingguan
