oatmeal, pisang, susu bubuk, telor, air dah itu diblander beb trus dipanggang diteflon tanpa minyak. saosnya aku pakai cairan kopi disaring ksh maezena dikit, kalau suka manis ksh gula dikit utk saosnya.
