4 pieces of raisin toast with butter, glass of skim milk and coffee after 16 hour fast for the day. That will be my daily. Not sure what tomorrow will bring but have shppoing list ready. Surprisingly, feel ok, not hungry. Will tackle tomorrow, tomorrow. Will be happy to weigh Thursday with 1 lb. lost or at least not a gain.

I love raisin toast! I like it burnt...Haha. Got it for my husband and it was just sitting there untouched for days! Skinny people! Haha

Nice wrk on the weight loss. I love raisin toast and butter too. ❤️ I often eat it for breakfast. 3 whole eggs 2 pieces of toast, butter Veggies (onion bell pepper mushroom) I’m full for a long time. Fiber from the veggies sits good in the tummy and helps digestion. The protein will keep you full longer than just the carbs. Try it and let me know how you feel? It’s a pretty good balance. You could do 4 egg whites instead of whole eggs and any other type of veggie.
