Been snacking a bit to much. Still good for me foods, but too much of a good thing is still too much... ESPECIALLY...if it is based on emotions!! Im at a point in my journey that I need to call myself out on the BS!! Gotta name that emotion, recognize and most importantly...be willing to deny that inner child "I want it!" mentality. I've come to far to not learn this lesson!!
