203 lbs sure is frustrating ;_;

Someone tell me it's the water fluctuation and bodily changes and not a plateau.

Well, 19 pounds in just a little over a month is like fabulous! BIG congratulations for that accomplishment!! :D I'm not sure if you're logging all of your food, but if you are, you're not eating much food at all. Your carbs and calories are very low. You body might be holding on to whatever you give it in order for you to survive. You're not getting very much fiber or fat, either. You might just try changing up what you eat. Try eating more and eat more "clean" foods instead of the processed kind. More green veggies, and leafy ones. Cut out the Atkins products, the sugar-free Jell-O and sugar alcohols and see if that helps, also. It could be a combination of all those things :)
