Not much fluctuation on the scale but man! I can see the differences 😎💪

Remember, increased exercise turns fat into muscle as well as burning fat. Muscle is 1.5 times as dense as fat so the pounds may not drop as fast but the re-distribution can make someone look much better toned and lighter. Just my experience.
