Saya eat clean aja mbak. Mengurangi yg digoreng. Saya kebetulan alergi protein hewani jd saya sebisa mungkin cuma sayur buah. Cheat day 2hari dlm seminggu. Saya susah defkal soalnya seminggu ngegym 3 hari zumba 2 hari.

@ niken...och gitu ya....klau aku kok malah seneng bgt protein hewani ya....lain org memang beda2 ya.

Iya kalo ga ada alergi makan protein hewani gpp juga. Kadang kalo lg pengen banget aku juga makan daging, tapi abis itu langsung minum obat hehe sedih
