Did well the last few days... not even going to count dinner last night. Definitely didn't follow any type of diet but wasn't over the top. I"ll be back on track right away today.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
