I can officially say I am full. I needed to carb up after having low energy on my 5 mile morning run. I'm doing the stair climber tonight, so I need all the energy I can get.

The carbs helped tremendously. I ran an additional 2 miles and spent 1 1/2 hours on stair climber. Burned a total 5600 calories today.
