Para pejuang sehat yg ngrasa lagi stuck, ato progress kok kayak siput, semangat yaaa! Tetap defcal, clean tp ttep fun eating, genjot olahraga (+ angkat beban kalau bisa). Say NO to diet2 esktrim nan menyiksa.

@risaarkan: dr 68 ke 58 sekitar 9-10 bulan, tp trus stuck 1.5 thn krn ga update pola latihan & pola diet. Mulai desember kmrn fokus ke angkat beban & defcal, baru deh pecah telor 😅 @quirky.jette: pic bicep nya sis yg kmrin ini jd inspirasi & nambah motivasi buat ngencengin upper arm 😍 @all: thanx for ur support 😘

@gultom: zumba udah dr 2016 sampe skrg, dulu bisa 4x seminggu. Angkat bebannya baru digiatin lg bkn des kmrn, jd sktr 3 bulanan. 2x smgu, meski zumba nya jd brkurang 2x smggu aja.

@nirta: defkal sekitar 500 kkal/hari sis. Di hari workout bisa lebih dr 500.

@nirta: pas di kisaran bmr sis. Krn badanku tipenya endo, metabolisme aslinya emg agak lambat, ditambah ak udah turun BB mayan banyak jd BMR ku turun Ig. Jd PR ku mmg mesti clean eating + genjot olahraga spy defkal nya bisa rata2 500/hari.
