10 hari makan ngemil tak terkontrol ga olahraga juga Naik 2kg-an tp lingkar badan tetep. Tak apalah yes. Yg penting makan puas dan bahagia bareng keluarga besar :D
63.1 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
