Okay, I just renewed my gym membership and took an oath to loss more weight and get abs. I also made an oath to eat healthier and do other works out on my odds days (days I don't go to the gym). However, my mother wants get eat unhealthy food maybe once or three times a week and I am really getting angry that she doesn't understand that I am trying to get fit. I know she is not forcing the food down my throat but she could be a little considerate that I want to lose weight and feel good about myself. I hope I can stay strong and not eat food that are unhealthy and put me one step back from obtaining the body that I want. Pray for me!
