Mantap. Aku gak pernah berhasil hiit cardio, ujung2nya cuma aerobic. Entah kapan punya booty yg indah. Soalnya ini udah parah melebihi mbak kayaknya..

Secercah harapan. Asal rutin pke exercise yg q kasih booty klian bsa jdi lbih bulat kok. Q aja cma rutin 2 bulan sdh ad hasil asal intensitas n pressure x jg hrus kuat jdi otot booty klian bsa mengencang
