I'm tired today. I got only 2 1/2 hrs of sleep. I went out last nite...did not drink but ate a little bit of Mexican food. Peer pressure when out with my cousin!! I must learn to say no and make better choices. Things like this mess up my diet and the ability to get to my goal weight.
