Overnight Oat, pakai Quaker Oat, Greenfields Skimmed Milk, Dried Prune, Cranberry, Yellow Raisin, sm Black Raisin, total 507 kcal. Penutup makan yg sehat sore ini. Tar klo kurang kenyang, makan Marie Regal Special Quality beberapa keping. ^^
