午餐:炒龍鬚菜/炒豆芽菜/煎三層肉一些/鳳梨苦瓜的雞肉3塊/塔香茄子
下午茶:海苔
晚餐:牛小弟厚片牛排(牛肉2/3、麵1/2份、蛋1顆)
