sarapan: putih telur 7 dan kuningnya 1, tuna setengah kaleng (50gram), alpukat 50 gram
makan siang: dada ayam 100 gram, tempe 25 gram, oatmeal 40 gram, telur 1 butir, bayam 50 gram
Makan malam: protein shake
