06:00am Bicycle ride, 50 min. 07:30am Protein 14oz 08:00am Sun bathing, 1hr 09:00am Dumbbells 10 min 11:30am Protein 10oz, Fruit 2oz 04:00pm Protein 7oz
Last meal pork, due to it helps Melatonin production.
