caranya ganti ke olive oil/virgin oil, yg agak murah canola oil/minyak jagung dr tropicanaslim😆. trus masak tumis aja dikit2.. namun api kecil jngan smpe berasap biar lemaknya ga berubah jd lemak jahat😆😆

Ooh gt ya,klo misalnya kya ayam itu kan klo di panggang sbntr tktnya gak mateng ya,nah klo lama gt jd kya ada gosong hitam2 gt ktnya gak baik utk kesehatan kn,gmn itu jdnya dek?

mgkin bsa apinya kecil aja.. mmang lama tp gak gosong Kak, atau bisa di suwir/potong biar matang merata,, sebelumnya di marinasi dulu pke bumbu2 4jam smpe 12 jam biar meresap😆😆 hehe salam Kenal yaa Kak Mia

@ lovely yoona : ga usah input minyak lgi. Misalnya u goreng tempe deep fried masa iya u input minyak (misalnya) stgh liter gitu.

Aku nggoreng tempe/tahu/ayam itu bisa pake 1sdm aja, mateng kok. Apalagi pake teflon 1/2 sdm rasanya cukup. Klo numis2 pake kurang dari 1sdt

@airin iya sih kadang klo ayam aku ksh air jg biar mateng heheh,yg susah itu pengen makan pisang goreng tepung sm gorengan lain huhuhuu 😭😭
