frankie the chicken was really nice, but it had red peppers which were too crunchy for my liking. But that ‘rice’ ruined it for me 😂

lol. cauliflower rice just isn't rice is it? I'm sure if you fancy some rice, a small amount of brown is ok. that's what I usually get. I always find I need something a bit carby in the day or I'll be hungry too much.

I don’t mind brown rice Yasmine, at least it has a nice texture, I won’t be having cauliflower rice again. I can still taste it! 🤮

I must be in a minorty. I actually do like cauliflower rice. But I'm so lazy I never bother to actually rice the cauliflower anymore and just leave it as florets 😂😂
