I agree on the coffee. I wake up about 45 minutes prior & have a good cup. It helps stimulate my Energy Level!!

I hadn't seen SW's comments but as I read your post Srocca I was thinking the same thing...two cups to enjoy before the day starts, wether work or play. I am also very supportive of your post workout coffee too :)

Hi guys. I must have read the post incorrectly. I thought you (Srossca) worked out then had a cup of coffee. My mistake. Anyway, I have 2 cups of coffee at home, workout and then have 4-8 oz. of coffee at my desk. Two of my three cups of coffee consumption is a mix of regular and decaf. I hope both of you have wonderful and happy days.
