i cannot wait for tomorrow's exam to be over. exam stress = eating. except tonight's going to be different than last night. i'm going to drink water and tea. that's it. nothing more. i had a good amount of chicken today, and some other stuff. i'm good to go. i also changed my RDI to 200 calories less than before, so that little percentage will always scare me. tomorrow, i'm changing it to even lower. competing on friday! hopefully can lose half a kilo by then...
