It feels good to be back on track on today. I ate healthy, got in my exercise. And I know I really can't afford to have any length of time where I let my eating get out of control. I still can't believe I gained 4 lbs in 3 days, but I guess I needed to this to keep me in check.

I also gained 4 lbs in 3 days thanks to Thanksgiving and it's delicious leftovers, so you are not alone! It's excellent that you are eating healthy again and getting your exercise in. Stick with it and the weight will come off!
